A fantastic inpection tool. The black lens-housing prevents reflections while the casing is made out of high-grade stainless steel which makes the magnifier in all very robust giving the lenses maximum protection in tough working conditions. The loupe-head is riveted to the casing to avoid it coming loose compared to with screws.
The lenses are scratch-resistant and produce a very sharp and extremely high contrast image. Schweizer uses a UV absorbent optical crown as used with prescription lenses (refractive index n=1.52).
Magnifications: 6x and 4x: combined 10x.
