Swan-Neck Lamp with Open Lens

The special construction of having an open glass lens gives you the extra bit of comfort while at work without having a frame obstructing your view. You can choose from different types of lighting: from the standard 60W light to 7W energy saving light and/or a 50W halogen light (with dimmer). Please choose your version below. The different light bulbs can be purchased optionally.

The lens is made from silicate glass, which is very scratch- and solvent resistant. It has a very high resolution (very sharp!)- Schweizer uses a UV absorbent optical crown as used with prescription lenses (refractive index n=1.52) making this magnifier a must for a professional inspection unit. The actual framing is made out of polyamide plastic. 

If you will have the lamp on for longer periods we recommend you purchasing the energy saving lamp in options (below). The halogen lighting is recommended if you work with highly reflective surfaces as you can use the integrated dimmer to reduce the strength.

Magnification: 2x with a 120 mm lens diameter and a "neck" lenght of 350 mm.
