For Shoppa or BigReader, simply return the product, undamaged and in the original packaging, postage or shipping pre-paid by you, for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. We will refund 85% of the amount that you paid less the original shipping charge. This means that there is a 15% restocking fee for our products with LCD screens.
