Right of Withdrawal

If the customer is a normal consumer, then they have the opportunity to withdraw from the contract made with The Loupe Store within 14 days after receipt of the goods without giving any reason. Withdrawal may be carried out in writing (letter or email) or by returning the goods to The Loupe Store. The period shall commence with the receipt of the goods by the customer but not before the receipt of this instruction. For compliance with the period of withdrawal the timely mailing of the withdrawal or return of the goods shall suffice.

Declaration of withdrawal or return of the goods shall be addressed to:

The delivery costs for sending back the goods is carried by the customer if a) the value of the goods is under 35 Pounds Sterling b) the value of the goods is over 35 Pounds Sterling and the customer has not already fully or partly paid for the goods at the time of withdrawal unless the delivery does not match the customers purchase order.

This right of withdrawal does not apply for contracts for the delivery of goods which The Loupe Store produced according to specifications of the customer or which were clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer. This applies in particular to products which were printed with texts on the customer's demand. The customer is aware of the fact that with ordering such products he gives The Loupe Store concrete instructions for the production of the goods.
