Ideal for all planar inspections: you can either use this as a stand magnifier or install a reticle to upgrade it to a sophisticated measuring tool (picture 3 & 5) with an optional LED unit for contrast free light (picture 4).
Features:
Fitted in the low-reflection, shock-resistant base, the focusable aplanatic lens system fulfills highest optical requirements! The optics are made from silicate glass, which is very scratch-resistant, has a very high resolution (very sharp!) and produces an extremely high contrast image- Schweizer uses UV absorbent optical crown glass as used with prescription lenses (refractive index n=1.52).
You can simply slide any of the Tech-Line duo scales (reticules) you require into the transparent housing. Information on the scales can be found here ("click")

- All magnifiers with a silver coating are coated with a special 2-component-coating:
